Designer for a day

You have just moved in to a new home and have no idea where to begin or you just need some fresh ideas, Nicole is available for a 3 hour consultation to get you started on your project. Day rate is $800.

If you are willing to put in some leg work this is an affordable option to receive a designer look that meets your budget.


 

How does it work?

LET'S CHAT:

After an initial inquiry we will schedule a call for us to discuss your project in more detail to make sure its a good fit for us both. If its a good fit then once we understand your project in more detail we will help outline your budget and set up a timeline. A contract is signed, a retainer is paid and we are ready to go!

SHARE WITH US:

The creative process is the fun part. You will share images via Pinterest or old school magazine tear outs of spaces you love and tell us why you love them. Just as helpful is to find out what you don’t like! We clarify the scope of the project and outline estimated design fees.

VISION:

Based on your inputs on design and budget we pull together moodboards to convey the overall direction for your project. Once the overall direction is approved we prepare concepts for the final design presentation, including detailed sourcing lists of product with dimensions, pricing and any other relevant details for your approval. This is where our expertise shine, we have access to hundreds of trade only sources that consumers are not privy toAt this stage we provide samples of fabrics, wallpaper and any hard materials relevant to your project.

COLLABORATION:

Whether its working with a contractor, architect or we work with the members of your team to make sure your vision is executed

EXECUTION PHASE:

Once products are approved and paid for the ordering begins. We utilize receiving warehouses to store product so that we have all the product ready for an installation. We co-ordinate any specialty contractors like painters, wallpaper hangers, tilers to execute work as needed.

INSTALLATION:

The big tadah! Typically done in one day, this is the final step where items are installed and styled ready for you to enjoy.

+ E-DESIGN

LET'S GET STARTED:

Complete the design questionnaire above. You will receive a welcome packet and the E-Design project Fee, once the contract is signed and the fee is paid, we are ready to go!

SHARE WITH US:

You will first send us any photographs and measurements of your space, from all angles along with any inspiration images for the project. We will schedule one skype call to talk about your project.

VISION/COLLABORATION:

After our call we will send you a design board including furniture, any accessories and the color palette. You provide us any feedback and we will make one additional round of changes. We send the final design package which includes the updated design board, an itemized shopping list with links to purchase the furniture and decor from your design plan.

EXECUTION PHASE:

You will then purchase the items for your shopping list. We provide final styling tips via email to complete your space and you execute the design!
